Our store’s products are shipped only to professional dentists or dental technicians and not to individuals.
Shipment
The goods travel for the account and risk of the buyer.
Your products will be shipped by our company, at the latest 2 working days after confirming your deposit and if the product is available in the warehouse or directly available from our respective suppliers (internal and external). Otherwise the staff of our company will contact you to inform you of the final shipment of your products.
Delivery times of the products quoted by courier, are now calculated in 1 business after confirming the deposit.
Our company is not responsible for any delay by courier or transport company different from the one cooperating with the company and used for the transport of the products after the customer choice.
Warranties – Limitation of Liability
All products come with guarantees of their individual manufacturers.
Our company has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and the quality of products and services presented on the online store, but not be liable in any event for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special damages or expenses or cash penalties, including, but not limited to, lost profits, closure of business, loss of information or data, or loss of customers, loss or damage to property, and any third party claims resulting from the use of products presented on the website.
The quoted prices in the website are changed at any time without notice and do not include VAT.

APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
Guests of eShop florosdental.gr automatically agree that these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Greek State on any dispute arising between users and the e-shop florosdental.gr, and consequently the florosdental.gr .
Any dispute relating in any way to use the e-shop florosdental.gr or its products or services sold through this, it is first trying to resolve out of court. If no such settlement, disputes and related issues will be resolved by the Greek Law to competent Courts of Thessaloniki.

The florosdental.gr does not collect or has access to your data managed by Viva Payments in a safe environment. The Terms of Use, which will be asked to accept in the context of transaction are remotely indicative: Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and in force.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law. 2251/1994 (as amended by the CMD Z1-891 / 2013)
Customer can easily return the products purchased from the online store because they simply changed his/her mind, within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Customer can deliver products directly to our shop or to send on its own expense in the store address.
In particular, the Customer shall have the above right to return product purchased from the online shop without giving any reason, subject to the following terms and conditions:
(A)Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (where services) or by delivery (in the case of products) or receipt of (when the client has chosen “receipt from the store ‘) and in case of multiple goods ordered by the Customer in one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt and the latter, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (the “Withdrawal”).
(B) The withdrawal is unjustified and Customer must return the product directly to the optimum condition was received. In particular, the product must not be used, be in excellent condition ( «as new»), just like before the sale, the full original packaging (box, nylon, foam etc.) which should not have cracks or damage / deterioration) and all the contents of the original packaging (paper instructions, features and guarantees, connection cables, installation software, etc.). Moreover, to accept return of the product the original purchase document must be produced (retail receipt, invoice) by the person who originally purchased the product and whose information are reflected in the purchase document.
(C) The return type is accepted only if previously the Customer has paid all amounts charged to the Company for sending the product to him and shipping costs for the return.
(D) The withdrawal declaration filed in writing by filling in the form and sending a) the mailing address of the COMPANY b) online at the store
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal paragraph 7
The right of withdrawal under Article 4 § 10 n. 2251/1994 does not apply to:
Where the product price has been paid to physical store and in addition, the products have reached the physical store, the sale is not considered committed from a distance.
Products which are not suitable to be returned for health or for sanitary reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery
Products that have been used
Returns of the custom made products are not accepted
In case of return / control products the customer shall bear the shipment and / or receipt costs.
Each user / client who enters and uses the services of the shop (e-shop) accepts these conditions, which are perfectly compatible with the current Community and Greek law. If a user / customer does not agree to these terms, theymust refrain from using the e-shop of the company and any transaction with it.
